We want to wish everyone a Happy Valentine’s Day! To help celebrate, we made the cutest Jell-O Jigglers with strawberry hearts that we found over at the Pint Sized Baker.
Ingredients:
- Strawberries
- Big box of Jell-O (We used Strawberry Banana)
- Cupcake tin
- Non-stick spray
- Boiling water
Directions:
Select the pointiest strawberries to create the hearts. Simply insert a paring knife inside the strawberry and run it around that circle and you should be able to pull the hull off. Cut the strawberries in half length-wise and cut a deep V in the center.
Next, mix boiling water and Jell-O together.
Stir until Jell-O completely dissolves.
Spray cupcake pan with some non-stick spray and then pour Jell-O in each cavity.
Then place a strawberry in each cavity.
Place the pan in the fridge for 2 hours. If you need to, dip bottom of pan in warm water for 15 seconds to loosen the gelatin. Pop Jigglers out of the pan and store in small containers for school lunches. These aren’t just for Valentine’s Day…it can be for any day you want to show your kids you love them.
