Hi everyone! This post will be short as it’s the end of the school year and there is lots to do…however I just wanted to post the Father’s Day questionnaire that I am using with my preschoolers incase anyone wanted to use it. It’s similar to the one I made for Mother’s Day, however I changed some of the questions.
